Mom called me and told me the dreaded words "breast cancer" After her first visit talking about the radiation that she was going to be doing, they gave her a prescription for a burn cream. I asked her to read the ingredients. After listening, I told her to throw it away, it had 4 carcinogens in a product to help a cancer patient! I was flabergasted!
So my goal was to make her something to help her through the radiation process. Living 4 states away, we didn't get to visit right away. Her treatments had started and her skin was just starting to bubble, getting ready to blister. She used right away to soothe the itch and burning sensation. The treatment center asked her to not apply before the treatment. But she applied as soon as she was done and any time throughout each day that she wanted to stop itching and the burning sensation.
She made it through the whole process without blistering, wearing a bra the whole time, and without the normal pain associated with breast radiation. Her first mammogram, we found a fantastic side effect. You don't think about it, but burn on burn on burn, etc causes scar tissue. She had none. Because we were able to keep away that burning skin!
This wasn't a one time thing. Many have told me afterwards that they've had the same results. This has also helped those going through prostate cancer, throat cancer and several others that I know of. . .
