Take the roller bottle and roll where the pain is radiating from.  Even if it's the back of the neck, apply to both areas.

Two varieties:

Black lid- the original recipe. 

White lid - Made for pregnant women, and is without rosemary essential oil, which can bring on labor.

Ingredients: sweet almond oil, peppermint, lavender, rosemary (not in the white lidded roller bottle), vitamin E, Vetiver, helichrysum, eucalyptus, cajeput essential oils.
